You know... creating achingly complex fractals all the time gets old, and I've been really missing the simplicity that life once had. All of a sudden, everything's out to get you and the ones you love; expectations are much higher; people are rushing around, always trying to do fifty things at the same time. So here's a simple fractal with simple shapes, simple pattern, and simple colouring. It's not technically strong in any shape or form... but I'm not into technique right now. I'm into simple.
I miss simple.
Full-view at your leisure, and I hope you enjoy a little change of pace.

"Spider man, spider man, making all of his spider plans. Spins a web, any size, catches fleas, just like flies. Does whatever a spider-penguin does."
I liked it ^^
You say this piece isn't particularly complex technique-wise, but in my humble opinion, the simpler the art, the more personal it becomes, because it shows the artist's tastes in a pure state.
Loved it in it's simplicity!

That's exactly what I did with my last fractal: plain and simple. No, this isn't really that strong of a fractal, but it doesn't need to be anyways. I'd go more in-depth, but you don't want critique (plain and simple). Great job on this one, Max.
I have been running around all day and thought Ill take 2 min to look at my friends art....it calms me and i find this..
you achieved your goal..
Im going to take an hour instead,,,,

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
