I have no internet connection where I am. D:

I flew out to Kalamazoo on the 2nd of August, and have been shipped the entire width of Michigan to help my grandmother pack up her stuff and move out of a little town called Au Gres, which means Swampland in French. Whee. Pretty much the only place I can connect is the local library, and I'm only here for about an hour every day, taking care of the essentials and all that.

Saying goodbye to my friends in Portland was pretty hard (I think I hugged ~Kebbige and ~AnArmyOfSheep a zillion times) but I'm glad to be with family that I don't usually see during the year. I move into college with the soccer team on the 21st of August, and I start classes on September 24th. And my birthday's on the 24th of August. And =Step-Into-Liquid-516's birthday is on the 27th of September. I'mma be 18 and he's-a be 21.

After several attempts to see each other, we've yet to accomplish this feat that feels to be the equivalent of climbing K2. Freakin' life, gettin' in the way and stuff. But we'll make it through, we always do.

But yeah. I definitely won't be around much until after I go back to Kalamazoo on the 14th, and even then it's hazy as to what my schedule's gonna look like. So we'll see. Good news is that I have lots of time to read, write, and do fractal stuff, so I'm able to keep busy with stuff that I love.
